WAX STRIPPERS

8428 E-Z STRIP

 Floor finish liquefier, for stripping all types of water emulsion floor finishes and waxes; use by hand-mop, mop off or vacuum off; or use with floor machine. Dilute 1:3 with water, strip approximately 10’ x 10’ area at a time. If stripper dries before pick up, rewet the area to keep the finish emulsified. Great labor saver, strips even hard to remove high speed burnished finishes. pH full strength = 14; 1:3 = 13.

8431 LIGHTNING – NO RINSE STRIPPER. HARD FINISH REMOVER

Labor saving, floor finish liquefier, does not require a rinse. Specifically designed to remove harder finishes at 25% and greater as well as finishes containing urethane. Great for floors that have not been stripped for a long time or have multiple coats of wax. Mop on or use floor machine; then mop off or vacuum off. Save time and money by not rinsing. Lightening is a very strong stripper and must be diluted at least 1:3. Undiluted stripper will ruin the tile

8429 PAD KLEEN

 Floor pad cleaner, to clean and rejuvenate used, dirty floor pads. Works on all types of  floor pads. Dilute 1:16 with water, immerse pads one hour or more, rinse thoroughly, use a hose with good water pressure. Dry and reuse pads.

703 BEDROCK – Sealer/Undercoat

Great for floor areas require extra protection against stains. A hard transparent, water emulsion sealer and undercoater for porous floors of vinyl, linoleum, vinyl asphalt and other resilient tiles. Resists stripping by ordinary wax strippers. Thin milky liquid, white color, characteristic odor. 19% solids. Resists staining from: Asphalt, Neozone (anti-oxidant in floor mats), Mustard, Catsup, Coffee, Rit dye, Oil brown dye, Lipstick, Chocolate syrup, Tea, Rust, Quaternary Amine, Betadyne, etc.

 Acrylic floor finish. Contains no zinc, to protect our environment. Faster recoat times, much lower ammonia odor, easier to strip. Excellent gloss, detergent resistance, scuff resistance. 18% solids.

1437-25% PLATINUM – All Speed Safety Floor Finish

Available in 17, 21 and 25% percent solids.

Our top of the line floor finish. Slip resistant, scratch, scuff mark and black heel mark resistant. Responds to low or high speed buffing. Platinum is our highest quality, highest gloss, most durable floor finish. High speed burnishing will provide you with a fantastic “WET LOOK” gloss. Will provide a high gloss without buffing. Coverage is approximately 3000 sq. ft. per gallon. Very light coats, 3 coats for that wet look. Up to 5 coats for extra shine and extremely high traffic areas.

1434 TITANIUM PLUS. URETHANE FORTIFIED

 Our best 21% solids floor finish fortified with urethane. This very high gloss finish will also be your longest wearing floor finish with the same safety slip resistance of our other finishes. The newest product in our product line to keep up with the changes in the industry. This highest quality finish will provide you with the “WET LOOK” finish that your customer is looking for. Coverage is approximately 3000 sq. ft. per gallon. Very light coats are recommended. Strip with #8431 Lightning Stripper.

583 GLEAMO II, TILE SEALER

A much improved, tough, transparent, fast drying, non-powdering and durable seal, high gloss finish for non-glazed tile, terrazzo, ceramic tile, marble, cement and other hard floors. Water based material, penetrating liquid, white color, characteristic odor. GLEAMO II is superb for adhering to hard stone type floors. Can be stripped by ordinary methods. 18% solids. Dries to a high gloss without buffing, or can be buffed from 175 rpm to high speed. It can be used as a seal coat and left as is or it can be maintained with a high solids product like “PLATINUM” Floor Finish to provide a high gloss, if this is your desire.

1426 HONORABLE DISCHARGE – Static Dissipative Floor Finish

 A 20% solids high quality floor finish. Electrical resistivity is 10 ohms/square or better, static half-life is under one second, much faster than other antistats. Much less expensive than competitive products, with the quality being the same or better in most cases. It is easily applied and can be maintained using a routine maintenance program. Especially popular for computer rooms, electronic manufacturing, telephone workshops and hospital operating room floors. Slip resistant, very good gloss.

99002 WATER BASED DUST MOP TREATMENT – Ready To Use

 Contains no oils or hydrocarbons. Treated mops wash clean easily. Picks up floor dust and dirt. Slip resistant.

503 LUSTERON DUST MOP TREATMENT

 Liquid treatment for dust cloths and dust mops, to cause dust to cling to cloth or mop, instead of becoming airborne. Light amber color, light banana odor. Solvent based. Used as directed on label, LUSTERON does not leave floors oily or slippery. Washes out of mops with a detergent. Slip resistant. Made with a non-carcinogenic, paraffinic crude, mineral seal oil.

99134 FLOOR GLOW – Floor Maintainer. Hardwood Floors/Waxed Floors

 A neutral pH, apple scent cleaner for regular wet mopping or automatic floor scrubbers on waxed floors. It contains optical brighteners to highlight the gloss finish and cleaning agents that are superior for black heel marks. Very low foam surfactants to eliminate rinsing and chelating agents to remove hard water deposits and ice and snow melter residues. Ideal for use on sealed hardwood floors such as gymnasiums. Unsurpassed for cleaning and brightening your high gloss finished floors. Fast drying, no rinsing.

444 RESTORE 444 – Mop & Buff, Spray & Buff Combination

 Floor finish restorer, provided “Wet Look” gloss when used with high speed floor machines from 300 to 3500 rpm’s. Contains a blend of surfactant, detergent, plasticizer, waxes and polymer, to clean and rejuvenate. Use full strength as a Spray and Buff. Dilute 1:3 with water for Mop and Buff. One quart covers 400 sq. ft. Our best selling restorer. For use on vinyl, linoleum, vinyl asphalt and other resilient tile floors.

1930 STONE FLOOR AND DECK SEALER

A water based, partially fluorinated sealer that provides protection for hard surfaces with little or no change in appearance. It permeates porous stone and wood surfaces leaving them stain and soil resistant while preserving the “new” look. It forces stains and soils to stay on the surface enabling easier cleaning. Low VOC, acid and alkaline stable for limestone, marble, concrete, grout and masonry. Can be used on saltillo tile, clay, stucco, granite and wood including pressure treated lumber. UV resistant. Reduces crackling, spalling and freeze/thaw damage. 45 minute/coat dry time. 24-72 hour cure time. pH 5-6. One gallon will cover 200-2000 square feet depending on porosity of surface being treated.

1920 CONCRETE SEAL II

Water based acrylic concrete seal. Designed for outdoor and indoor concrete. Excellent weather resistance. Meets VOC requirements. Also a concrete curing membrane on new concrete. Our best emulsion based sealer. Coverage from 600 sq. ft. per gallon and up depending on porosity of concrete. Best when applied to new concrete after 30 days cure time.
