1243  WAXED CAR WASH

  A thick purple neutral pH liquid cleaner for all types of vehicles.  This product does not    contain  wax but will not remove or dull the high gloss finish already on your vehicle.  It    contains optical brighteners to enhance the shine.  Generally used for hand washing.     Mixed in warm water it makes lots of suds.  Will not harm paint or cause chrome blush.

  Use 2 to 3 oz. per gallon of warm water.

1483  555 CAR WASH

  A medium thick liquid car cleaner primarily for automatic car wash machines, but can  also be used for hand washing.  No odor.  High dilution.  Will not harm finishes or cause chrome blush.  High foam, free rinsing.

1043  BREAK-THRU

  Exterior vehicle wash.  Use with hot or cold water.  Use with pressure washers, brush systems or by hand.  Leaves painted surfaces with a thin polymeric wax coating. Surfaces will have a shiny, waxed appearance.  It does not emulsify oil or grease and  soils fall out of suspension for use in recycling systems.  Biodegradable, non-phosphate,    no-solvents.  Dilute 1:25 for pressure washers or by hand and 1:50 to 1:100 with brushes.

  pH 1 to 10 = 11.5.

99302  TRUCK WASH II

  A red, acid free, cleaning concentrate.  A carefully balanced formulation of alkalis,  sequesterants, emulsifiers, wetting agent and synergist.  It will remove oils, grease and    road film from truck bodies and cabs.  It will degrease motors when used in steam cleaners  or when brushed with hot water.  Should be used with warm or hot water.  Our best wash for industrial users.  Ideal for large truck wash facilities as well as self serve car washes.  Also used as step two in a two step vehicle wash. pH of 11 undiluted.

99308  TRUCK WASH VI FOAMY

A hi alkaline, red acid free cleaning concentrate.  Same as Truck Wash II above, but carries higher alkalinity for extreme dirt and grease situations. Ideal for fleet wash facilities and removes grease, road film and oil from truck bodies, cabs and buses.  Can be used in a one step environment.  pH 13.5-14 undiluted.

D7051  FOAMY 1 LIQUID VEHICLE AND ENGINE WASH

A medium alkalinity vehicle wash that provides high foam and degreasing capability.  Versatility of formula allows for use in pressure washers, brush wash, hand wash and automated systems.  Dilutions form 1:300 up to 1:600.  pH 9-10.

99991  ALUMINUM BRIGHTENER 

  A concentrated blend of hydrofluoric and three other acids to clean and brighten  aluminum.  Do not allow aluminum brightener to contact glass, anodized aluminum, chrome or magnesium surfaces.  For use on trailers, tank trucks, air conditioner fins and coils and other aluminum surfaces.  Removes dirt, rust, scale, scum and diesel stains. May be used in a foam application system.  Highly acidic; use with extreme caution.     Dilution 1:20.  Read label fully and M.S.D.S. for warnings and precautions. CORROSIVE: POISON: Use as step one in the two step washing process.  Should be used only by trained personnel wearing the proper safety clothing and equipment.

99994  ALUMINUM BRIGHTENER FOAMY

Same as our Aluminum Brightener above, but contains acid foamer properties to achieve an even, clinging coat to surfaces allowing for greater dwell time in short space/time automated environments.  Ideal for automated car wash tunnels, fleet wash stations and automated bay systems.

99995  LO PH “SAFE” ALUMINUM BRIGHTENER/PRESOAK.  ACID REPLACEMENT

  A highly concentrated low pH acid replacement cleaner.  This product contains safe acid    technology that replaces hydrofluoric and other acids and is safe to use.  This product will not “frost” glass.  For use in automated systems for fleets and passenger vehicles.  Effectively removes oxidation, brake dust, road film, calcium, limescale and silicate deposits.  The greater the dwell time you can allow up to 1 minute, the greater the results. A great product to be used as a presoak when removing “mag” chloride.  Eliminates the need to file a risk management under EPCRA as you would when using HF.  Ships as non-regulated, non hazardous in the U.S.  Dilute up to 1:200.  pH 1.4-1.7 undiluted.

99303  DIESEL SMOKE REMOVER

  A concentrated alkaline cleaner containing a blend of nonionic and anionic surfactants,  di-phase solvents and wetting agents which rapidly dissolves, emulsifies and removes  diesel smoke, road film and other petroleum type soils from aluminum, paint, chrome and   other metal surfaces.  Use on transportation equipment such as trucks, trailers, railroad    stock cars and other hard surfaces. Diesel Smoke remover can be applied with a pressure   washer, steam cleaner, pressure spray tank, brush wash or other washing systems and is effective even in hard water.  Best results when rinsed with clean water.  A strong grease remover.  Our best transportation cleaner for diesel smoke.

113  RED CAR AND TRUCK WASH

  A biodegradable, powdered industrial detergent designed for highly efficient removal of    dirt, grease and road film from cars, trucks and other transportation machinery.  Water    conditioning, soil penetration and high foaming properties are combined to provide a    detergent which is ideal for high pressure and brush type vehicle cleaning.  Dilution: 2 cups per 5 gallons of water.  pH 11-11.5. 50 lb. carton, 450 lb open top drum.

1457  BEAD RINSE WAX

A highly concentrated, non silicone car/fleet wash spray wax.  Strips and breaks the water sheet from vehicles to enable easy fan drying by beading the water sheet to enable a dry car once the drying fan mode is finished.  Mineral Seal Oil based; this product can be titrated at .5-1 oz. per car to create an economical way to dry cars in an automated environment.  One 5 gallon pail will dry 550-600 cars.

35005  MSO FREE BEAD RINSE DRYING AGENT

A highly concentrated, non silicone, drying agent that contains no mineral seal oil.  Strips and breaks the water sheet to enable easy fan drying by beading the water sheet to enable a dry car once the drying mode is complete.  This product is ideal for water reclaim systems.

35004  TRIPLE FOAM RED

Foaming agent designed for the “triple foam” mode for automated car/fleet wash system. Ingredients allow for “poly” coat type protection for vehicles.  pH from 5.5-6.5 enables easier drying during the rinse/dry phase. 

35006  TRIPLE FOAM BLUE

  Same as triple foam above with vibrant blue color.

35007  TRIPLE FOAM YELLOW

  Same as triple foam red and blue, but has bright yellow color.

35008  LUBRICITY FOAM

Foaming agent designed for use in brush or curtain systems to put lubricity on the pads to prevent damage to vehicles when the apparatus touches the vehicle in an automated environment. Odorless and colorless. pH 5.5-6.5

D7003  BUBBLE BRUSH WASH

Highly concentrated, cherry scented foaming concentrate for bubble brush wands in a self serve car wash bay.  Provides for excellent cleaning and high foam.  pH 5-6.5 to allow for easy rinsing.

110  HOT TANK CLEANER (FERROUS)

  A powerful caustic additive for use in hot tank or soak tanks and vats specially formulated to remove grease, rust, paint, oil, and sludge from ferrous metals (iron) in one operation. The economical powdered form is easy to use and makes a solution that is not subject to

  acid pickling or other troublesome after effects.  Dilution: ¼ to 1 lb. per gallon of water. 50 lb. carton. 

111  HOT TANK CLEANER (NON-FERROUS)

Soak tank cleaner.  Same as above, but designed for cleaning soft metals.  Contains inhibitors to protect softer metals such as aluminum.

1633  GREASEBUSTER

  A pure, natural citrus d-limonene solvent, biodegradable, for heavy duty degreasing,  drain opening, deodorizing, non-corrosive, non-caustic, non-acid; no petroleum distillates,   no chlorinated solvents.  Use full strength or dilute with water for economy; rinses off with   water.  Flash point over 110° F.  Has high solvency power.  Pre-test before using on    plastics.  Excellent tar and road oil remover.  Cleans off forklift tire marks on cement. 100% biodegradable.  The best product available for removing adhesives and glues.

156  WINDSHIELD WASHER SOLVENT.  CPI ALL SEASON 

  Standard all season -25° F.  Use full strength all year or dilute 1:1 or 1:2 in the summer season.  Removes dirt, road film, bugs, salt and the new magnesium chloride used on state and city roads. Formula contains an excellent surfactant package to provide great cleaning ability on a year round basis.  Available in 6 pack gallons, 55 gallon drums, totes and bulk. 

160  WINDSHIELD WASH CONCENTRATE

  A true concentrate, this product is a blend of methanol, water soluble dye and  surfactants to give your customers superior cleaning ability and to provide a cost  effective alternative to ready to use windshield wash.  The label comes with three dilution ratios suitable for the season or the part of the country that you are in. By making the blend of product to match the season, your customers are assured of the    lowest cost per gallon of any concentrate available.
